Cheaper By The Dozen.
A thought occurred to me after Armstrong Williams, Maggie Gallagher, Jeff Gannon and other plants in the Press shilling for Bush. Given that the voices that support Bush outweigh the independent ones, what are the chances that people like Krauthammer,Brooks, Safire,Kitty Parker are all "bought" in one form or another. That would account for their almost fanatical zeal in supporting every policy initiative of Bush and condemning his opponents at every turn.

1. Fact is, nobody ever went broke in the Right Wing Enterprise.
Their fame and fortune depends on parroting the right wing line in as many forums as possible.

If they did anything besides back Bush or criticize Bush for being insufficiently conservative, they would be off Fox, off the radio, off the conservative press, they would lose their press passes to RNC events, and Bush would freeze them out of the adminstration.

If they drink the kool aid, they get rich.

Simple as that.
