do many of you share this opinion?
when i see a W the president sticker, a bush chaney sticker or a W04 sticker..... it's like it says "idiot on board"

Someone asked at the store yesterday why I haven't taken my kerry sticker off..... I told him when the rapture comes I want baby Jesus to know that I didn't vote for the anti-christ....

Hey, I may have to post this advice separately!

2. Don't be grounded when the Rapture comes!
Heh...I agree with your assessment. Especially when it is on campus and there is a 20 year old student driving their chromed up SUV. Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

3. Good comment about the Kerry/Edwards sticker
We don't need to pull down any of the Kerry/Edwards signs yet. Yeah, they lost, but what about the long-term? What about showing that you are a Democrat? This comes out to the bigger picture of making the fact that you support the party or set of ideas that go along with it. Bush advertised for four years to get recognition. Kerry only had a few months.

Advertising and showing some support is really crucial to a Democratic comeback. Keep it on, it keeps the party alive.

4. Yea that's what I think when I see that "W" sticker
I also make a bet with my girlfriend as to whether or not the driver will be some yahoo wearing a cowboy hat or some mean faced woman who insists on smoking in a vehicle full of kids with the windows rolled up. (I live in Az)

Either way it's always a fucking mutant I can tell you that much.

A while ago someone on DU created a sticker that resembles the "W" sticker but superimposed a "F" right before it so it says "FW04"

I have that sticker on my car :)

14. Take James Carville's suggestion. Good.
In his book "Had Enough", Carville recommends "Annoy a Republican Today" by doing the following:

Every time he sees someone with a Bush/Cheney sticker on their car, he pulls up next to them, signals for them to roll down their window, and alerts them: "I thought you should know... someone put a Bush/Cheney sticker on your car."

5. It's always a sure-fire clue that I should stay out their way.
If they can't think clearly, they probably can't drive either.

8. Hey, how about this?
We get someone to print up identical black stickers, except they'll say, "J... The true master."

See, how could a fundie moron object to that? "Jesus is the true master". It would remind them that they purportedly believe that there is a higher power than even their demented leader Bush.

Yes, I know they think he IS Jesus. Okay, how about doing some identical black stickers which say, "W... The son of God". I think that would be hilarious.

I must admit that out of all of them, I'm really partial to those black stickers that say, "F... The President".

17. I like it!!
I also remember Leahey on TV right after the VP debate. The question being discussed was, "Did Cheney lie about whether he'd ever met Edwards?"

Leahey essentially said, How could Edwards have met him, when every time the VP came to the senate, he would simply gather with the senate republicans and (literally) lock the democrats out? I was cheering Leahey at that point.

Later, of course, someone found pics of a "prayer breakfast" in which Edwards and Cheney were seen sitting near one another. Just another Cheney lie.

12. I have the same reaction to those damn yellow ribbon magnets
Those are everywhere here in Indiana, along with red white and blue ribbons and black ribbons (for POW-MIAs), Camo ribbons (for I don't know what)and several other color combinations that I have yet to figure out. Yes I know the sentiment is suppose to be "Support our Troops" but when I see one (and usually it is several) I have the same reaction as I do to the W sticker or the Stars and Bars. Much like Chris Walken in Annie Hall, I have to fight the urge to veer my car into them at high speed. Oh and I haven't taken my Kerry sticker off either, lest there be any confusion on the highway that I am one of them.

13. Well---this should cheer you up
I noticed just this weekend how many cars are still decorated with their Kerry stickers here in Maine. Most heartening of all are burley guys, blue collar-ish, in their pickups with the Kerry bumper stickers!!! When I know that there are some of these guys who can see the light, it gives me hope.
