Has anybody done a PeopleSearch on James D Guckert? |
|
Edited on Tue Feb-22-05 04:29 PM by Goldmund
There's an entry that comes up in Wilmington, DE -- that's our boy. You have to pay to have a comprehensive search done... You can also do a criminal background search. Has anybody done this? http://www.ussearch.com/consumer/index.jsp

...public service and expose this guy Guckert. Or, just work at the FBI and pull the dirt they have on him.

11. It's just a suggestion, you think KKKarl Rove would hesitate |
|
...to request such a think if it could achieve his goals?

There are too many people watching.
But that's besides the point. Are you suggesting, as your post seems to indicate, that we shoudl take Rove as an example?

...get away with it. After all, what was "Deep Throat" of Watergate fame, if not an insider providing secret information of a cover-up and a corrupt and criminal regime. BushCo are worse than common criminals because they have betrayed a public trust, lied and cheated and deceived to gain power and now that they have power are abusing that power to push their own agenda, which will take my rights and your rights away from every citizen, including using everything and all personal information that may be accumulated on each of us. If you want to stand on constitutional principles while that goes on right under your nose, then it is you who is delusional.

that "get away with it" thing that I'm having trouble with. As I clearly stated, too many people are watching.
However, that's a new take on Nixon. I always was told it was the worst Constitutional crisis ever, and NOW I find out it was only a common criminal act.
This kind of stuff goes on all the time, anyway. I mean, who was a greater crook than LBJ? Can't think of a single person.
War crimes, etc are in a different category, so don't go ballistic on me.

20. Then we agree that BushCo has gone over the edge, after all |
|
...what president in modern history, or throughout U.S. history has committed out right crimes against humanity in his execution of the war, how he mislead the country to support going to war, how he is pushing a shadow government agenda to redistribute programs that are bought and paid for by the American workers to a wealthy hand-full of the ultra rich and their corporate cronies.
As for Nixon and Watergate, the only constitutional crisis that the country faced there was how to dethrone a tyrant and the congress did that correctly, by first taking out VP Spiro Agnew who was a criminal corrupt politician of the neo-conservative ilk, then appointing Gerald Ford to take Agnew's place, then having a congressional delegation of three representatives I believe going to Nixon in the president's office and telling Nixon to resign, or he would be taken out of office by impeachment. There was not constitutional crisis, the constitutional process worked just fine in that situation.
That would not work with Bush, the congressional delegation would never get to the office and in all likelihood we are getting very close in this country to a situation where martial law would head-off any attempt by the people to take back our government by constitutional means. Patriot Acts I, II and III (III is in Bush's desk drawer right now with his signature on it).

pretty much my take on Nixon at the time. That is not how it was protrayed then or later. The Constitution did work. And it will work again. All we have to do is convince the public of *'s venality, and he will have to go. Good luck.
