No, I don't expect John Kerry and the other Dems who voted for war to wear sack cloth and ashes, but isn't a little repentance in order? I mean, humor us! Even if you're not sorry, guys, can't you pretend you are?
The war has not turned out well, and let's face it, that wasn't so hard to predict. You could have voted against it, but you didn't. In the interest of letting bygones be bygones, don't you think it's time you expressed some contrition? Don't defend your vote! At least say you're sorry.

1. Is that really all it would take? |
|
But then again, do you expect Kerry et. al. to post apologies here?
Or do you want Kerry supporters to say we're sorry?
I am honestly curious.

6. If Kerry's Not Sorry ... |
|
If Kerry's not sorry he voted for the war, that's all the more reason not to vote for him. This man is about as impressive as Dick Gephardt, which is to say, not at all.
Kerry's foreign policy can't be all that different from the Bush foreign policy. That's pretty disgraceful for a Democrat.

2. I don't think they need to say they are sorry... |

so much as I wish they would say they were fooled. Can you trust their judgement because they were deluded that the president would do the right thing? Read the text: http://usinfo.state.gov/regional/nea/iraq/text/1010res.htmWeer these guys fooled? Can you trust their judgement as they were part of the process and they want to tell you they were saying/advising something different? A time for fresh air!

3. To say "we were fooled" is to use the George Bush argument |
|
and as we all know, WE HATE THAT. Blame anyone but yourself.
I say fuck anyone who voted for the war. I even like some of the guys who did! But I can't vote for them OKAY UNLESS they get the nomination.
But I sure as hell hope no one who voted for the war gets the nomination cause it's gonna be hard to hold my nose and vote at the same time.

4. I'll give the benefit of the doubt... |

to one of the insiders who says they were to close too the trees and couldn't imagine that bush would manipulate the facts in the way he did.
I want a Road to Damascus moment...
Not these guys who purport to be right now and then...

5. To say Bush misled us all, is to smack Bush down in 2004. |
