WH speak on Wash Week

So, I am watching WashWeekinReview on PBS. Gloria Borgis starts to talk about Soc Security and says something to the effect of "Well, these private...ah, well what are we allowed to call them (smiles) individual accounts are on the agenda."
WTF, Borgis is not a right wing Faux reporter. So since when does the press have to ask what it can say (rhetorical question).
This is depressing and infuriating!

Not tongue in cheek. More like a nervous smile when she realized she couldn't say "private accounts" even though that is what everyone knows they are. She looked like she knew she would hear from the repugs if she didn't use the phrase du jour.
