I'm in disagreement about Vetwife.

I don't believe she was a troll. I believe that she was a poster who saw herself as between the liberal and conservative side (or more like the far left and the far right). I think she likes the idea of discussing things with people on both sides of the aisle.

I disagree with just about everything she says, but I do know she did defend certain DUers elsewhere. She is not a troll.

Furthermore, I think some of the hateful things said about her is ridiculous. To actually insult her appearance was a bit ridiculous.

I have a question. How are you all going to get votes back from all those moderates who voted for Bush? That's what most the people who voted for Bush are, moderates. They're not on the far right. On the contrary, I think most of them would puke at some of these "conservative" websites we see. Ann Coulter? Most people I know (including most conservatives) are not this far to the right. Most of them are on the center of the right. Here you all are being ever so hateful about them. How are you going to get those votes back?

I guess I shouldn't worry about it since I never work with people like this in progressive groups anyway. No offense, but I get the feeling that certain people at DU probably don't do that type of work very much, which is fine by me.
