So I did a little calculation on the State populations that are represented by Repubs. and Dems. I added up the populations of the States with either 2 Dems. or 2 Repubs. I figured the States with one of each were a wash. My results: Total US Pop - 290 mil Dems - 120 mil Repubs - 104 mil

that for all the talk of the country going to the right and the American people being more conservative. It's really about States with the population of a busy shopping mall get 2 Senators. The majority of Americans have voted for Dems. I think the House is a big case of gerrymandering.
