With all due respect to Gore, the promise of indtv was ruined a while back. What was supposed to be a grass roots tv news network is now just a mess, with mainstream network execs running the show. A lot of early contributors feel like their work and ideas have been ripped off.

Could it be possible to have less actual news than all the the networks combined?
One half an hour of the Daily Show is more powerful than the "news networks".

he ain't that involved. They've also been saying that they're "launching" soon for a couple of years now.
I've been by their office space several times. There are some hip aluminum chairs and tables, a new Mac at the reception desk, and absolutely nothing going on.
The only reason I have my doubts is because I was excited as you when I first heard about it--then severely disappointed.
