Once again he comes to the forefront to help those who would be hurt by the Bankruptcy Reform bill. His family has to be at least as rich as the Bushes, and he's been inside the beltway for over 40 years, but he still looks out for the little guy.
Junior's "conversion" at age 40 is nothing compared to Kennedy's transformation. Of course, HE'S not allowed to forget his "indescretions" (and for those who yell "Chappaquiddick, Chappaquiddick!!" how many people have the Bushes killed? ) Sad thing is when he dies I'm sure that will be all over the news, just like Bill's blow job.
I'm not one of his constituents, but most of the time I wish to hell I was.

2. Ted the K has just about ALWAYS looked out for the little guy. |

That's why the repukes hate him so much. He "betrays his class" by recognizing that he won the birth lottery, and by working to make the privileges he's enjoyed available to all Americans. He's got more Real Patriotism in his little finger than all the flag-waving phonies of the repuke right combined.

He is shouted down for being a liberal and always bring up the past.
He is right out there fighting for the little guy all the time.
I have given up on the right and their split personalities about who is the worst and what others have done. The entire bunch have serious mental health and moral issues. They are beyond help.

He's one of our best and has been for 40 years, but he only gets stronger and smarter with age. I wish we had 10 more of him. And I wish more had his refusal to back down from the label of "liberal" - I wish all our leaders would wear it with so much pride. It's an honor, not an insult.

I'm sitting here listening to the senate proceediings, and was so moved by Senator Kennedy's remarks. I felt a huge wave of gratitude towards him.
Thanks for posting, I was considering posting something too but the words hadn't come to me yet - you said it well. Thank you.
