Ohio faces big bill for clean air

The EPA"S NEW "CLEAN AIR INTERSTATE RULE" covers 28 states mostly
east of the Mississippi River. The state with the biggest reduction
burden is Ohio. The cost for upgrading power plants and operating
controls is expected to cost $3.6 billion annually.
