U.S. Misses Soldier Reimbursement Deadline

WASHINGTON - The Defense Department hasn't developed a plan to reimburse soldiers for equipment they've bought to fight in Iraq (news - web sites) and Afghanistan (news - web sites) despite requirements in a law passed last year, a senator says.

by his insensitivity to other cultures,but, he has his points, Democracy IS better than Theoracy, its the will of the people, not the will of a horribly translated ancient set of texts that have been poked, prodded and twisted and just lied about by apparently angry and racist people for years (this goes for all versions of "the bible", not just The Koran version) and he argues that tre iraquies are better off because (and feel free to use this anytime someone makes this arguement) "100,000 dead iraquies is just a bout, maybe a little less, than would have normally died under saddam, and more humane-ly" yes, but, atleast under saddam the houses of the people werent bombed out rubble, they were tortured in ways that complied with thier religion, instead of it being disrespected, people werent shot on the street for going into areas of town they diddent belong, saddam diddent use napalm, and chemicals, and depleted uranium wich polluted the lands and will ensure dramastic birth defects in babies born because of them, and there wouldent be 1,500+ dead american soldiers, trillions in debt, and the loss of respect from every other nation if we had not invaded a soverign nation that neither attacked america, nor was any threat at all twards america
