2. She's lying through the gap in her teeth--as usual...
about Iraq (they must govern themselves); about Hezbollah (they support it but they don't support it)...she's pretty much running the clock out like she did before the 9/11 commission on this one--like she did before the 9/11 commission.

3. Right now, I am getting her on George Stephanopoulis....
She's on the talk show run today.......

Funny how we can demand that Syria get out of Lebanon but we aren't making any moves to get out of Iraq.

How does all of this moving around affect Israel? Notice how no one ealks about Israel? And they are right there in the middle of everything.

Egyptian FM Rebuts Bush’s Claims on Democracy

ASHINGTON, March 10, 2005 (IslamOnline.net & News Agencies) – In a point-by-point rebuttal of US President George W. Bush’s argument that democracy is on the march in the Middle East after the Iraq invasion, Egyptian Foreign minister said the region feels by no means grateful to Washington.

“What model are we talking about in Iraq? Bombs are exploding everywhere, and Iraqis are killed every day in the streets,” Ahmed Aboul Gheit said in an interview with the Washington Post, published Thursday, March 10.

“Palestinian elections? There were elections seven years prior,” he added, referring to presidential elections held in occupied Palestinian territories in January, 2005.

The Egyptian top diplomat was critical of Bush’s speech Tuesday, March 8, in which the US president listed elections held by Iraqis and Palestinians and anti-Syrian demonstrations in Lebanon as signs that “clearly and suddenly, the thaw has begun” in the largely authoritarian Middle East.

As for Syria, Aboul Gheit dismissed Bush’s comments that the demonstrations were out of his “policies that allegedly aim at leading the region towards democracy”.

10. Isn't this baseball thing the most absurd thing ever?
It's one thing for the baseball people to deal with steroid use--it's another for congress to do it. And, if steroids merit legislative attention, then why aren't drug addicts like Rush Limbaugh getting judicial attention?

12. Note to Russert....
...I don't give a rub about a national luxury such as baseball. Pinheads like George Will may, but first-tier individuals are more concerned about the future of the republic than whether some pumped up 'roid rage freak is knocking 'em outta the park.
