You suffer some awful disease or injury where you wind up in a permanent vegetative state, all hooked up to tubes and wires that keep you technically alive. After awhile your insurance and the proceeds of any resulting lawsuits are exhausted. Then when the GOP kills Medicaid your family has to take care of you, but under the new bankruptcy laws they can't discharge that debt, so your spouse or parents will end up basically working for the hospital or credit card companies forever. But because you are still "alive," the wingnuts will go to court or Congress to prevent your family, which is now living in a cardboard box under a bridge, from unplugging you, while at the same time nobody will pay for your ongoing care because there's no insurance and no Medicaid.
Will the GOP and the radical clerics of the lunatic right pick up the tab?
