Do Christians (fundies) spend more time loving or hating?
This question should shake them to their core. How could anyone even ask such a question they will say. All I know is what I see on TV and read in the Papers. It is all about hatred as far as I can see or if not hatred expanding their cause by any means possible. Hatred is the most prominant emotion I have witnessed and that is a very sorry conclusion. Christians should be very aware of how they are being shown to the world by a lying conniving Media. I would think christians would at least question their pastor as to why this perception is what most people are seeing. God Hates Fags Tell me how that shows compassion or love....

1. From recent events
I'd say hating. They're also spoiled brats. Don't go your way? Kick and scream all you want until you get your way. ARGH!

3. good question..........what i have noticed over 6 years
for four years, they loved, way more, hands down.........(these are the people, not the leaders, but the majority of the people).....BUT starting in about end 2003, beginning of 2004 and certainly with hte movie passion, and bush going after gays and an admendment, and the election, i watched beautiful, loving people turn into hate. it was visible, and it was fast. so for the last two years, i am going to say hands down, they have turned to hate

but they will never say hate. they will always say they love the sinner hate the sin.

4. I've seen the same thing. It felt like it was overnight.
It's really been disturbing to see it happen, too. :(

5. I'd say hating
Not all christians or even the majority of them, but the most vocal fundies clearly are motivated by a hatred. Its' very frusterating.

6. I'm a Christian and couldn't agree more.
The right wing evangelicals bear zero resemblence to Christ.

I'm not saying that I'm a great example either, but I don't go around judging people morally and, you know what? Jesus didn't either.
