5. What's funny is that all the RWers I know have great "relationships."

The women know their roles - they race home to cook dinner for their hubbies, do all of the housework, and generally roll over and are happy to be subservient.

Doesn't sound like much fun to me - although having dinner on the table once in a while might be nice.

Well, at least he springs for chinese every once in a while and we trade off shopping for groceries. And he folds laundry w-a-y better than I do (I'm always too busy cooking, hah!)

Alas, both of us have lesbian DNA. Together we have enough tools to open up a Super Home Depot and have left over inventory, and we know how to use them.

7. I hear you - I cook as a matter of self-preservation.

I do all of the serious cooking at home - wifey usually waits for me so I can cook a decent meal. And while I'm cooking she tells me she doesn't like eating late in the evening. (Which makes me wonder why she doesn't just cook while I'm on my way home.)

Unfortunately, I do most of the grocery shopping and about half of the laundry (which always gets put away - unlike the piles she does that lay around for weeks on end).

On the bright side, I refuse to do any Christmas/birthday shopping so she picks up that slack.
