I would hope the average person on the street doesn't think he or she has enough information to make Terri Schiavo's medical decisions. However, this does not mean that Michael Schiavo doesn't have enough information. I assume he has been fully informed about his wife's condition by many doctors and is basing his decision on this medical information (just like most people would do in this situation). Of course, MSNBC will probably turn around and post the results of this stupid poll as news .... these news organizations are full of stupid and lazy people who make stuff up and report it as fact!!! It's sickening.

Seriously. Last time his wife was pregnant, they learned that the fetus had a fatal birth defect and wouold definitely die. Of course, no abortion, so she carried the doomed thing until she gave birth to it 3 months premature. It had undeveloped lungs, of course, and died slowly and horribly. But Santorum wanted his other children to meet their "brother," so he had his 10 year-old and his 5 year-old come in and hold it as it died. And he had a portrait made to put on his desk next to his other children. He's a maniac.

Gee, I thought when an out-of-control Congress and President started second-guessing all available medical and judicial opinion in a matter and started overreaching their authority and power to meddle in the sad but private affairs of the Schiavos, that it seemed pretty obvious what was going on: Republican hypocrisy on their claims for smaller, less intrusive government; the sanctity of marriage; respect for the law; and the practice of medicine by qualified medical professionals.
