3. I recently flew in/out of Houston
and I was shocked to see a very visible brown haze in the atmosphere as we were landing/taking off. I saw this on the trip out and the trip back home 10 days later.

4. Isnt' that rich?
When you remove the liberal filter, things look so much better.

It's hard to argue that the glass is half empty when there's no data that there even is a glass.

Mmmm. Optimism!

i want to know what my grey circle around me is producing. looking at air and what is sent out, i am thinking has to do with that huge plane that flies low and slow and circles the town at 12 in afternoon, for years, that no one can give me the answer to, why they are doing it

7. That's odd
Here's the data for Florida

http://www.dep.state.fl.us/Air/flaqs.htm

They keep this pretty well maintained. I know this data is given to the EPA on a regular basis, so I don't know why it's "not available".

12. Yes, it could be.
Or they could have read this thread about it yesterday and decided to put some yellow on. LOL!

It would be a little hard to understand how technical difficulties could affect only the stations that report non-green areas, but still you have a point.

At least it's a bit more realistic now.
