Is there any indication repubs are tired of Tom Delay?
The congressmen in particular have got to be tired of walking on eggshells around him for fear of incurring his wrath. If I'm a congressman, I wouldn't want to take orders from anyone. He's to the right of most republicans and isn't standing up for alot of bedrock conservative principals in favor of fundamentalist Christian beliefs. His ethics violations can't be helping anyone in the party. Is there any indication they might "cut him loose"?

1. Let's hope not
Personally, I think he's the best thing that ever happened for the Democrat party.

First, he really opened our eyes about Congressional management. True we're in part shock, part awe of him, but hopefully someone on our side is taking notes for when we get back in power

Second, and the really best part, is that he's an unethical corrupted politician. The House Ethics Committee has already repbuked him three different times. I'm looking forward to the final political flame-out. It will certainly be a big juicy scandal. It's just a question of time till he hangs himself.
