There's no way in hell he will pay for what he said. Hell, the repukes are probably "praying" for a few RW religious wacko nutjobs to go out and kill a few of those "Liberal Activist Judges" and then they can get THEIR religious RW wacko nutjob Judges in there. After all, he seems to be encouraging some hidden colony of religious nut-cakes to murder a few judges.

Remember when the bushtapo claimed that Bin Laden messages could contain "secret" instructions to his terrorist cells around the world? Well, Delay's actions seem a more clear cut case of that same thing to me.

The horrible part is this: Who in government will actually press charges against him? My bet is nobody.

Wait till they ram their judicial appts through. No evil deed committed by the bushtapo will be referred for investigation. They will be too busy investigating the Sierra Club, or the Anti-War groups.
