News reports "Pope not suffering now", from many, giving thanks he is |
|
"safe in the arms of Jesus" or words to that effect...that seem to be coming from the same people who ranted and railed about the removal of Schiavo's artificial life support. He was "very sick" for...what, 2 or 3 weeks and now is free from that awful condition, but T. Schiavo dealt with a putatively 'worse' condition of suffering for fifteen years but should have been forced to endure it for ...how many more years? Argh.

athlete for a number of years but other than the brief scare after the attempted assassination, I don't recall any serious concerns up until recently. That was my point. What was yours?

I'd make a crack about that there statement about being "safe in the arms of Jesus".
