Darrell Issa would only get 3% of CA recall vote
At least that's what I heard on KTLA-TV's 10pm newscast. I don't remember what the polling source was. That would be funny as hell if after spending all his money to get Gray Davis recalled, he'd only get three percent. It's assumed most people who would recall Gray would vote for Ahhh-nold. The same poll said Gray would lose if the vote was held now.

2. Can it be done on a House representative...
Or is it just for state and local officials?

5. GREAT IDEA***
We need to get numbers, not to mention all the great things Davis has actually done for this state, which are alot, but as usual being a Democrat go unnoticed.

3. Never underestimate Gray Davis.
Californians will not vote for Arnold after those embarrassing nude photos come to light, which they will. Issa has a shady past. Riordan couldn't even beat Simon in the repuke primary last year.

Davis is a tenacious campaigner, and he was legitimately re-elected less than a year ago. The Dems will drag their feet counting signatures, and if by some miracle there are enough, the recall election won't happen until the primary next spring - at which time Dems will come out in droves to vote for a candidate to oust the chimp. Prediction: Davis will serve out his term.

4. Davis is fighting back
He has been saying that it's a right-wing effort to get him out of office. I think so too. If Issa and Arnold want him out so bad, they should've run during the last election.
