FEC Question: Can non-Texans donate to DeLay's opponent?
I know Texas has local laws that prevent foreigners (non-Texans) from donating to state elections - which Congressman Pest Controller egregiously violated - but do the same rules apply to Congressional elections?

We need to have him gone and I'm prepared to donate to whomever his opponent is.....

2. YES, any US Citizen (or Permanent Resident also I Believe) can contribute
to a US House or Senate race. $2000 is the limit.

Lazio got more contributions from out of staters than in state. Did it work? lol

4. Answer: yes you can. I did, for Richard Morrison last year. . .
through Democracy For America. Morrison was listed as one of the "Dean Dozens". I'm pretty sure they'll endorse who they think is the best candidate to run against the Bugman.

You might also want to check with MoveOn's PAC or 21st Century Democrats later on in the year. I'm pretty sure they'll want in to get rid of Pizzaface Cockroach as well.
