So sorry, so very ashamed...I helped the president today... |
|
I finished my taxes and got killed.
The national debt will be noticably smaller once my check clears.

It's not like you're taking money from the needy, just depriving Haliburton a nights stay at the Kuwaiti Hilton.....

I massaged and massaged and we still have to send those guys 'way more money than I even want to think about. The hazards of being self-employed.

I mean, everyone's choices are their own to make. even if they're bad ones, and I can kind of understand the views of those who want to or are going to withhold their taxes this year (especially you Ohio folks, who can conclusively prove you are officially being subject to taxation without representation) but...I can't really approve of tax evasion. I mean, in an ideological sense, how does it help The Cause if I commit this particular kind of crime? I just--no. Of all the things I can rationalize in our messed up society, not filing taxes isn't one of them. So, hats off to you, good citizen, even if you're broke now.

7. I think we all are misreading this thread... |
|
I believe what is being said is that the self appointed scoundrel in office was helped by this American citizen because the taxes were paid and then she was actually killed. What a self sacrificing patriot. It has been proven time and time again that this abomination of an admin only does it's duty with the stench of charnel house and greed in the air. If every one who is opposed to this growing threat of fascism would just pay their taxes and then off themselves it would be so much faster and easier to complete the goals that are being enacted so slowly now. Come on folks, prove your patriotism by killing your voice and then killing your self.
The following is a unpaid sarcastic response. If this had been a real response the noter would be flamed excessively by the proud citizens of DU and asked to never show their wasted energies on this blog again.

10. As a lifelong hippie, I don't make enough to pay taxes. |

My conscience is clear. My income has always hovered around the poverty line; I consume not, therefore I do not support the military-industrial-corporate complex. ;-)
