"Activist judges" and judicial review
I've been hearing a lot lately about how judicial review wasn't really the intent of the founders, and that the Courts overstepped their bounds in that area? Is this even worth listening to? What's the history of judicial review? Experts?

1. if you really need a definitive source:
search for this thing on the internet called "the constitution". great source. 5 stars.

but seriously. just like they claim (usually the samea people) that the US is a "christian nation", they make this wild-ass guess in a bid to marginalize the judicial. checks and balances. they don't like that.
