How come we no longer hear anything about building schools, |

hospitals, infrastructure and bring electricity back to Iraqi people? Was that another sham like the Iraqi people greeting the U.S. with flowers?
Today's news says that child malnutrition has doubled since 2003 in Iraq. That means people were better off under Saddam Hussein than they are now. They must be enjoying their Freedom and Democracy so much they forget to eat their meals.

explaining why there's still less electricity in Iraq than before the occupation started. It was a big defense of Bechtel, saying that they went in and rebuilt the power plants and water filtering plants, but when they turned the plants over to the Iraqis, the "poor work ethic" learned under Saddam made the Iraqis too lazy to go to work and keep the plants up and they fell into disrepair in just a few weeks.
The whole gist of the article was that Bechtel had rebuilt everything, but the "lazy" Iraqis had let it all fall apart again.
