A 12-foot statue of Uncle Sam reprimanding House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas), for creating the most corrupt Congress in recent history, will circle the U.S. Capitol on Friday before traveling to Rep. DeLay's hometown in Texas. The statue of Uncle Sam saying, "Power corrupted you, Tom," will rove Rep. DeLay's district for the next month.

The statue is sponsored by TrueMajority.org, an Internet-based group with more than 120,000 members and founded by Ben Cohen of Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
