bill pullman was on. thankfully i missed most of it, but it looked like the world was ending, just like the bible whackers have been hoping.

so my question is: have these religious wacko's gotten so numerous, that now tee-vee specifically designs programs because jesus-freaks are a reliable mainstream market that consumes charmin, pop-tarts, and mr. goodwrench (gotta have a market to get advertising dollars) or has the actual media establishment become so complacently opulent that they are now fantasizing the guy with the white beard swooping down from the heavens, and forgiving them for playing the doctored video of the dean scream 91 million times?

i can't figure it out. there was that pre 2000 crappy end of times movie with arnie, a spectacularly shitty one with gabriel byrne and patricia arquette, and a host of other 'revelations' movies that make about as much sense to me as the gerbil in the anus fetish.

someone please explain it to me, even if you are a freeper disruptor.
