My freeway banner gets local media attention |
|
dailybailout.com
Scroll down a bit and you will see a blurb and caption about a banner I made to hang over I-24 in Chattanooga, TN last week. This really motivates me to get out there and do more.

Absolutely beautiful opening. I see a great activist life in store for you.
Well done!

Fun, isn't it? I haven't been out since before the election, but my SO and I are getting itchy to Freeway Blog some more.

I've gotten several that have been really positive. I got one from a local personality who is a big name around the area and was saying that we need to get out.

Who was the big name? Just wondering since I live there too. Oh and do you like the new mayor Mr. Littlefield?

Yea I voted for Littlefield. I was excited to see that a candidate outside the circle of elites in Chattanooga could get elected for once. I originally voted for Karl Epperson.
Dalton Roberts sent me an email thanking me BTW.

5. Good job. Local activism always seems to get |

more reaction than national actions.

13. Great Job. Is it legal? Not that I care, just want to know. |
|
Am planning to put signs about town myself. I noticed you id'd yourself to the paper which made me wonder if it was legal to post signs? I had just assumed it was not legal and was going to do stealth signage. (As stealth as a fat ass approaching 50 can do anyway)

14. We all need to do this. Let others know that we are here. |
|
If others see these signs, they will be more likely to begin to speak out themselves. I have 25 3ft x 3ft signs ready to go. Every one join in.
