Tom Delay to get Congressional Medal of Honor
Got this from http://toolz.blogs.com/toolz_of_the_new_school/

A brilliant move by the Republicans. Just like when they gave Iraq War scapegoat George Tenet a Presidential Medal of Freedom.

5. other than the name opf the website.. it is referred to as medal of honor
The Medal of Honor is the highest award for valor in action against an enemy force which can be bestowed upon an individual serving in the Armed Services of the United States. Generally presented to its recipient by the President of the United States of America in the name of Congress, it is often called the Congressional Medal of Honor.

3. The Congressional Medal of Honor is for military only
This is a blogger that, alas, doesn't know what s/he is talking about. Just taking the name of the Award and extrapolating without knowing anything about the subject. Lazy writing and all too common........

6. Yep, confirmed by the Onion, via
www.libertypost.org.

Is S.R. 682 the bankruptcy bill? It's not up on thomas.gov yet.

These people are unblievable. They are living in their own little world, which the majority of US citizens can't afford to live in.

7. It's humor, folks

It's just a bit of ribbing about Bush's Medals of Freedom for the Iraq War and 9/11 screwups.

10. He looks like the new face of the town.
Congressional Medal of Honor will only solidify the position.

Tom Delay has worked for years on bringing his whacko fundamentalist crusade to the mainstream somehow.
