So far, people like Bush, Rice, McLellan, etc. have all said the same thing about Bolton, which is that he's really a good guy, the stories are exaggerations, and that he's just got a tough "management style."
Have they ever answered -- or even been asked -- the most obvious question: what if the stories are true?

2. The answer would be simple. |
|
"They're not. Next question."
If they're feeling wordy,
"They're not. Answering it would only give those wild allegations credence. Next question."
If they're feeling blunt,
"They're not. Tell me, what if the stories that you beat your wife are true?"

3. The Democratic senators on the Foreign Relations Committee meeting |
|
yesterday would have made you proud. That is the very point they hammered away at. If you take a look at the video of the meeting on C-Span, it will renew your faith in our Democratic senators. I was proud to watch that video.
The meeting started off with a bang when Lugar showed his muscle by refusing to acknowledge any attempts for debate; while Barbara Boxer & John Kerry were asking to be heard, Lugar insisted that a roll call be conducted. Watch the fireworks here: www.cspan.org. It's the third video on the list to the left.
