Clinton needs to start making some damn noise |
|
The problem with the democratic party is there is not a voice that the American public takes seriously. They've made Dean out to be a raging maniac, Kerry a traitor, and the rest obviously remain quiet for fear of the same. I really believe the only person that can stand up to these criminals and save this country is Bill Clinton. They can't attack him any more than they've already done and people respect him, so why is he so silent about whats going on? If they get control of the courts this country watch out, we will be past the point of no return and we will be living under a literal dictatorship. Everyone is just sitting by letting it happen, I don't fucking get it.

1. I think we have plenty of voices |
|
Dean and Harry Reid are doing a fine job. Clinton's busy in his job as U.N. envoy for tsunami relief. I know it's frustrating, but I think our party is beginning to turn the corner.

Dean is doing a good job. So are Reid and Boxer. Clinton is doing good work with the tsunami relief so he is building up his image the way Carter did after Carter left the presidency. But it's best for Clinton to step back and let the party develop new leaders. We need a deep bench so that the Repubs can't just gang up on one person.

3. nice look into the possibility of silence... |

although I am worried about how the public perceives his quiet. In some ways he appears to do the bidding of Herr Chimpy i.e. the tsunami, the statement of approval that Curious George won the election, the request of the *regime to be a guest at his library opening, and his sharing of Papal respect. Regardless of the motives, his inclusion gives a sense of legitimacy to this monstrosity. I worry the public is swayed by his mere presence.

5. Hey, maybe if our elected Dems had some grassroot support |
|
instead of every lazy liberal pinning everything on our own people, we would see them able to push back.
Get out and support our ideas and then you'll see a change.
You're doing the Republicans' work for them here.

I think it's up to us and everyone who believes like us to get the job done. What exactly do you want Bill to do? Can't you make your voice heard as well as he? I know he has connections and he's well known, but he's done his job and was a great one at it. Time for a new voice. Will it be you?? Do it.
