OK folks, this is it. Five days left. Is this two hundred-year-old power check going to bite the dust?

More important than judges, more important than the war, IMO more important than any other issue today, is the attempt to fundamentally realign the power grid of DC. It's not only a blatant grab but likely a permanent one, and in terms of significance comes in a close second to a constitutional amendment. This is something which should be opposed regardless of which party is in the majority.
