Bush* the 'Uniter' is responsible for Nuclear Option when it happens.
He alone will be responsible. He alone re-introduced the very same judges that congress has already rejected. So if congress shuts down, mr. bush*, it is ALL YOUR FAULT. Dems have to keep hammering the SMALL PERCENTAGE of judges that have been turned down.

1. But then the Repubs will hammer Dems with . . .
the shriek that "YOU SHUT DOWN AMERICA!!"

Dems beat the pubbies with that stick during Gingrich's day at it worked like a charm. Are we walking into a trap that will alienate the electorate and still make it possible for Schimpanski and his chorus of toads to foist off their wacko judges?

3. That's why the numbers are so important.
To hear the right, there hasn't been a single judge elected to any court anywhere in the US. The truth has to get out there and the truth is that these judges being re-nominated is like throwing gas on the already volatile situation in congress. Bush* MUST be made to shoulder the blame.

8. It's the RIGHT THING to do
because it's based on a PRINCIPLE, and an accepted set of rules that works for both parties. Besides, the government won't be COMPLETELY shut down. It's not like we'd be stopping government paychecks or anything.

From Tom Curry's article on MSNBC:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7193614

"Reid would exempt from his shut-down only national defense matters and spending needed to ensure ongoing federal operations."

Frankly, it's time to stop worrying about what those damn RW Repubs think.

5. A good question from a reporter to Bush :
"Mr. Asshole, why did you send these judges back up when you knew it would be so divisive? Do you enjoy tearing down and dividing this nation?"

6. The press is so neutered by bushco they won't ask a fucking thing.
They feed from the teat of the White House press release. As bad as the news is from Iraq it, is ALL FILTERED THROUGH THE PENTAGON, so one can only imagine how bad it really is.

9. You hold a position that is suppose to serve the entire country
not just you and your party. If the country were a corporation the sharholders would have fired you, and the government would have you up on charges. It's early yet.

13. If Democrats want to freeze the Nuclear Option

then YOU must be prepared to FREEZE the Senate.

If not, accept that you have lost the battle. Dismantle the Democratic party and acquiesce to living in a Fascist State.

(Seeing the report on the Baker / Carter Commission, Democrats are not going to win another election at the ballot box!!)

Let us be honest that with wimpy Democrats (past and present) as Joe Lieberman, Zell Miller, Joe Biden (I like you), Barrack Obama, Bob Graham, John Kerry, John Edwards, Bill Nelson - other than occasional grandstanding, there is no spine in most of them.

98 out of a 100 votes to put the criminal Negroponte in charge of your Intelligence - what a shame!! And no questions about the dead bodies turning up in the Tigris river - just as in Ecuador under Negroponte's watch!!

Your concentration camps are just around the corner, dear friends. Remember already 10,000 "fugitives" were taken into custody last week. "The program has netted more than 147,000 fugitives.".

That was a test run to see how to round you up, to see the public reaction and outcry - zilch!!

Your turn is coming soon. Expect NO ONE TO SAY ANYTHING ON YOUR BEHALF - after all you said nothing on this planned round-up, did you?

Has one Democrat politician stood up to ask about the facts regarding these "fugitives"?

http://www.latimes.com/news/printedition/asection/la-na-fugitives15apr15,1,3937152.story

So accept the Nuclear Option if you are going to depend on your Senators.

THE ALTERNATIVE - like in the Ukraine, be prepared for the direct action of your members supporting ALL those Senators and Congressmen and women who are willing to fight for your liberty AND THROWING PUT ALL THOSE WHO ARE NOT WITH YOU.
