New Pope scores big with Freepers.
A quote of Benedict XVI on multiculturalism.

'Multiculturalism... amounts to fleeing from oneself'

multiculturalism has been forced upon Western Europeans in order to wipe them out. On it's own, this would not be enough, but combined with the indoctrination of people into the contraceptive mentality, legalising abortion, euthanasia, suicide, making divorce easier to obtain, making people of European descent feel ashamed of their glorious past, thus making them hate themselves and allow this ethnic destruction through these means without question, it is lethal. These things encourage us to kill ourselves whilst the more subservient, less unionised, 3rd world migrants, take our place

I particularly liked this freeper comment:

To: Cowboy Bob

Lets get straight to the facts. We're talking about Islam and Islam is not a religion...not even a false religion. Islam needs to be stamped out, not tolerated. Islam makes no allowance for free will. Everything is pre-ordained by Allah and the only real sin is failing to recognize Allah as the one true God. This alleviates Muslims for all responsibility for their actions. They can do anything they want because it is the will of Allah and as long as they profess their faith in Allah they will enter paradise regardless of what other acts they have committed...it is totally morally bankrupt and will always be a cause of violence...people didn't follow Muhammend because of his vision of God...they followed him because he sanctioned any crime they committed as long as they were loyal to him and didn't mess with his wives or his property or undermine his authority...and because if they didn't he would kill them...Islam is nothing but pure evil.

9. They do know that the new pope thinks that they are going to burn in hell
right? Cause unless they are Catholic, the pope said that they are part of an inferior version of Christianity and will therefore "burn in hell."

3. Haven't they heard the Crusades are over?
JP II had already apologized.

Keep killing all the killers until the killing stops - Jerry Falwell.

By God, Kill in the name of God! No difference between the freepers and OBL.

Not too Christian, are they. No respect for Christ's Golden Rule.

4. I don't think it matters is the opposition is Catholic, Islam, or Jewish!
I attended a Catholic school for 12 years, and they preached "all the time" that if you weren't Catholic, you were damned! The other Christian faiths preached the same thing! I don't even remember hearing about Islam at all!!!!

This is nothing more than a continuence of the religious wars between sects!!!

I have my own beliefs, and I happen to think most people do as well. I want MINE, and you want YOURS!

Whay don't we keep politics out of this debate completely????

7. LOL. I know, I was raised southern Baptist
And they preached if you were Catholic you were going to hell. Seems to me wherever you go; there are a lot of other people going to hell.

Why don't we keep politics out of this debate completely????

Now there's a religion I could support.

8. Re: "The other Christian faiths preached the same thing"
I was raised Episcopalian, and I never, NOT ONCE, was told that all others were damned. Not by my parents, not by the church. NEVER.

16. With me
I was raised Church of Christ. I've never heard my preacher say other people were going to hell. We disagree on things they do that aren't Biblical but nobody has ever said they're going to hell. We've even took a few ideas from them (like having a Sunday school class). It's nobody's right to tell another person they're going to hell. How do you know you're not?

5. Yikes, that Pope quote is pretty chilling....
In other words, if white Europeans are no longer the center of the universe
they cease to exist, even in their own eyes?

And what in the world is "contraceptive mentality"? Should we return to
the days when people had far more children than their health or financial
and emotional resources could support?

These people don't live in the real world.

11. A freeper complaining about Islam because Muslims don't have free will?
Lets see here, first it sounds like he gets all his information for Pat Robertson. Secondly, lets examine what he said:

Lets get straight to the facts. We're talking about ___(insert religion)___ and ____(insert religion)_____ is not a religion...not even a false religion. ____(insert religion)____ needs to be stamped out, not tolerated. ____(insert religion)____ makes no allowance for free will. Everything is pre-ordained by ___(insert deity)____and the only real sin is failing to recognize ____(deity)____ as the one true God. This alleviates ___(followers)___ for all responsibility for their actions. They can do anything they want because it is the will of ____(deity)____ and as long as they profess their faith in ___(deity)____ they will enter paradise regardless of what other acts they have committed...it is totally morally bankrupt and will always be a cause of violence...

Fill in the blanks. How are his problems with fundamentalist Islam any different than fundamentalist Christianity?

Jesus always said "turn the other cheek"? Remember when Peter struck the ear off the solider and he wanted to fight and Jesus told him no and went to the judge for Crcufixion?
