Is George W. Bush really an alpha male?

Or is it just that he "thinks" he is?

George W. Bush, our strong fearless leader! Heroically waging a global war on terror! Ferociously fighting our mortal enemies! ... well, he's sending others to fight our mortal enemies, and when he had the chance himself to fight, went AWOL.

I mean, underneath all that bluster and bravado, what is there?

3. Uh No, true Alphas don't have to broadcast
that they are alphas. That's true for men and women. Georgie is what he always was... a wannabe acting like an alpha.

5. This post has so much cognitive dissonance, my head is spinning
Do you realize who Ahhrnie is? He's a child of an Austrian Nazi family who is slated for bigger things by the Republican far-right. He wears one of those funny little Schicklegruber mustaches too.

10. Good question -- No he is not an alpha male.
He hasn't gotten anywhere at all on his own.

He is the son of . . . . He will always be the son of . . . .

His daddy may be sort of an alpha male.

I've talked to wolf behavior researchers and they've noted that alpha males are born and not made.

It would seem like there are a whole lot of wanna be alpha males -- these are the ones that are always challenging the alpha males, but if they happen to knock off an alpha male -- they can't lead.

bushie junior is a wannabe alpha -- he has learned how to mimic some of the traits of his father and he has learned how to be an effective bully. He surrounds himself with yes men and other effective bullies.

Take away his surname and his money -- he'd just be a common drunk in an alley, sleeping off another hang over.

Franklin Roosevelt, Eisenhower, JFK, Truman were alpha males.

Current alpha males, John Kerry, John Edwards, Clinton, Carter (submarine commander).

Most of the GOP male "leaders" are wanna be alphas -- I can't think of an innate GOP alpha male.

Like Bill Maher said, he doesn't act like a man, he doesn't even act like a woman-he's a little girl. Pouting and stomping his little feet until he gets his way. When I acted like that as a child I got a well-placed swat on the ass and sent to my room. Too bad his "room" is the Oval Office!

He is also one of those people who doesn't know the difference between macho and masculine and feminine and effeminate.

17. No, Bush gallantly threw himself on all of the booze, drugs, & prostitutes
That he could, just to keep to keep them away from our real fighting men, so the real men could focus on Vietnam.

Oh for the love of God, the selfless acts that this coward had to endure. 'Where the buzzard soars, our fearsome leader will explore...'

23. Alpha males don't have to prove anything...
the pathetic little chimperor is a satinic, petulant little child trying to assert his false masculinity at every turn.

It's his deep insecurity that makes him such a world class bully. He is a disgusting specimen of male-hood if there ever was one.
