1. from the dictionary: SACRIFICE
1 : an act of offering to a deity something precious; especially : the killing of a victim on an altar
2 : something offered in sacrifice
3 a : destruction or surrender of something for the sake of something else b : something given up or lost <the sacrifices made by parents>

7. 'Sacrifice Our Troops'

a lot of them, that's basically what Haig is saying, in keeping with what Henry Kissinger said, that military men are "dumb, stupid animals to be used" as pawns for foreign policy.

9. I think it's what anthropologists call "acquisitive sacrifice"
That's where instead of sacrificing something or somebody that actually matters to you, you sacrifice things you don't care about -- like prisoners of war or condemned criminals -- for the sake of getting in good with the gods and increasing your own status, wealth, and power.

That's exactly what these scumbags mean when they use the word.

3. Yeah, its gonna take more sacrifices. So that means we need
more tax cuts for the richest Americans, and you might have to put three "Support our Troops" stickers on our car instead of just two.

5. " I am in Control", I am in Control", That Haig?
Do these men even think that this war is illegal? What would be the purpose of the sacrifice? Their bloodlust seems to know no bounds.

From Vietnam to Iraq, Haig is the perfect link.

6. Sacrifices = babies, children, teenagers, parents, cousins
physical, mental, and spiritual health for generations - sacrificed for a few men and women who want to rule for profit, protect Israel, and control it all.

There are NO DOUBTS about it - the agenda is written in stone.

8. Does Mr. Haig know anything more than country clubs and nineteenth holes?
This man and all the others couldn't last one day in Iraq.

Yet he's talking bold with other peoples' lives and not blinking a minute.

It's truly sickening.
