20. Just FYI - The 23 indicates the message number in the thread
Not the total post count of the particular nut-case. :)

5. It's easy. Since Gawd rewards good Freepers with wealth
and since you can still file a chapter 7 bankruptcy even after the new bill if you owe over about $1.3 million, it only affects unsuccessful, and therefore liberal, people, the way Gawd and the republicans wanted it to.

See, that was easy.

From the same thread.

I would give anything for that to be the two tickets in 2008.

10. It's easy:
Hope and pray you don't lose your job in Bush's gangbuster economy. Then hope you never get sick.

If the above happens, Jesus does not love you, thus you deserve to lose everything.

12. Just goes to show
They don't even know what it is they are supporting...how can one support something, they know nothing about? I've thought this on many of the Republicans stances. Why would the people want Bolton? Why would the people want to stop the filibuster? Why would the people want to make a lawless society, eliminating the need for judges, since the President could over-ride decisions? On and On, they don't know shit, they only voted for Bushy because they think it's a big game, has nothing to do with them (this is what my Repuge boss always tells me - it won't change my life, so I'm voting the way I always have)

13. really what it comes to is that freepers cannot afford to be republicans
and they just don't want to admit it. I think they think the bankruptcy law doesn't apply to them because they voted for Bush, they will be so sad when they realize they've been had.

16. Exactly
That's why the neocons took over the republican party. They knew these people would support them if they made mention of God here and there and Bush told his little sappy story of finding Jesus etc. :eyes: The neocons are only using the religious right for votes. Other wise they could care less about them.

17. They Might Have to Turn to Proverbs
"The righteous eat to their hearts' content, but the stomach of the wicked goes hungry." Proverbs 13:24-26

"The house of the righteous contains great treasure, but the income of the wicked brings them trouble." Proverbs 15:5-7

and so forth. Who would want to protect the wicked?
