cnn: hunt for WMD's over, NO evidence of WMD's going to Syria |
|
and no WMD's were ever found in the year and a half search.
first, i thought this news came out months ago, but it was just repeated as if it were news, with the added info about lack of wmd's in syria. remember how they told us saddam was sending them to syria?
gee, if they'd lie to us about this, what the fuck else have they lied to us about?

Weapon Inspectors are traitorous idiots. Everybody knows that. So if they say there aren't any weapons in Syria, that surely means that Syria is full of weapons. Bryant Check it out --> http://politicalcomment.blogspot.com

4. They don't need any evidence for their preemptive wars. That has been |
|
clear for some time. All they need to say is Syria or Iran or Outer Mongolia was connected to Al-Qaeda in 1886 and our Congress will vote for a War.

7. I remember thinking the the Iraqi government was incredibly stupid |
|
when they were claiming that the WMD claims were all fabrications of the lying US government. I thought, man, how dumb will they look to their people when the weapons inspectors uncover them.
How stupid was I to believe that the US government would not engage in a bald faced lie that was so easily proven false.

11. Remember when we attacked Iraq, because of WMDs? |
|
Well right before the election, it was reported that the United States and it grandiose coalition, never sent any troops what so ever to secure explosives that could be used to detonate a nuclear weapon, which had been sealed by U.N. weapons inspectors. Where did this mass quantity of explosives go? They were looted by unknowns, so nobody wants to report about it.
How in the Hell can anyone say the U.S. went there for WMDs, when BushCo. never had any intention of securing such components (explosives that could detonate nuclear weapons) to make WMDs?
The explosives are probably the very same explosives used by insurgents to bomb things now, but what else is being planned for explosives that could be used to detonate nuclear weapons?

12. I don't know what pisses me off more.... |
|
I really can't decide what is worse: the fact that we were lied and duped into invading and killing other people and putting our soldiers at a dangerous, needless risk OR the lack of @*%# OUTRAGE. Something is seriously wrong when I have to log on to DU just to meet other pissed off people.
I feel like I'm in a twilight zone. An incredible amount of people died. Families have been destroyed. Not only were our soldiers lied to, but they were ill equipped as well. The Reservists were completely screwed and I can't even bear the thought of how many have come back broken, either emotionally or physically. For 2 fucking years I lived in fear of my brother dying over there, and for what? FOR WHAT? So we can ignore our past actions and concentrate on Iran now? Or worse, those evil God hating judges???
In 2000 I was pissed and I knew things were going to get ugly, but I had absolutely NO idea we would fall this far in just 5 short years.
