And he sometimes votes as if his priorities are "misplaced".

I only saw a few minutes tonight. But I watched most of what he said last week in the Foreign Relations Committee meeting on Bolton, and he was on fire that day too.

I think that when he stays focused on who he's supposed to be representing, he can do a terrific job!
