as indicative of a bought and paid for media which is unable to pass judgment on substance because there is none.How do you characterize an empty vessel? If you are truthful, you will say it is empty.If you are bought and paid for you will glorify it with flowery language that means nothing.
As Orwell has said the corruption of language signifies the deeper rot that has set in.

Ask someone who states that what, specifically, has he done that shows his leadership ability? Someone upthread mentioned his vanity and stubborness, and if one mistakes those for strength, well, there's your voter base, I think...
