Has anybody else noticed the MSM REALLY wants Jennifer Wilbanks |
|
to be charged with a crime?
MSRNC even had a criminal profiler on to talk about her this morning.
The MSM are the ones who REALLY feel betrayed. They were expecting Scott Peterson and instead they got a wman who had cold feet.
Fucking bastards will probably end up pushing this so hard that she gets charged with a felony and goes to prison.

1. Highlight's their stupidity. |
|
What is she guilty of? Running away?
If anything, the corporate media should be charged as complicit in the "crime"

2. They're pushing that 911 call |
|
where she claimed she was kidnapped. Calling it "lying to the government and a felony".
They want her PUNISHED for not being murdered by her fiance.

11. The fake 911 call should carry a punishment |
|
but if lying to the government is a crime the corporate media is really interested in investigating perhaps they should turn their sights on the current administration.

12. I haven't followed this "News Story" |
|
So I didn't know she faked a call to 911... Unless I'm much mistaken that IS a crime.

14. It would be under New Mexico jurisdiction, though |

and they let her go back to Georgia.

3. The unfortunate thing is.. |
|
She did, through her actions, waste taxpayer resources (whether or not the local authorities did enough during the search is debatable, but they did do something).
It is kind of like that college woman in Wisconsin who faked her own abduction. This woman, like the college student, likely suffers from some form of mental illness, and appropriate assessment should be made to determine the nature of treatment, if any. However, our prison systems are clogged with people who are mentally ill (or just drug addicted) because of draconian policies, so she will likely be charged and convicted.

5. I wonder if her family will get a bill of some kind |
|
there's another story angle for the corporate owned media.
How much money was spent on this woman's fake abduction?

10. People skip out on loved ones all the time |
|
and are reported as missing. Happens all the time. The people who do it generally do not want to be found. They want to get away from the people who run to the police to report them missing.

16. Here's what will happen. |

She will receive one year of probation and ordered to do community service. Meanwhile one of the networks will offer big $$$ to pay for and televise the wedding, whenever it occurs.

4. Another morality play. I don't much care. I'd rather watch a good movie |
|
than waste my time on this stuff. OJ, Scott Petersen, Martha Stewart...it's all junk trotted out for our diversion, and I ain't buyin'.

was a white woman. It is more sinister to have the power male in charge as the "sinister minority".

8. Isn't that typical of America? |
|
As a society we don't seem to have a shred of compassion anymore. If you're different or troubled or make a mistake in this country we go after you with pitchforks, tar and feathers!
Seems like the closer we get to becoming a theocracy, the nastier we get.

18. Your are so right! The media should pay Jennifer because |
|
they could play up this non-story instead of reporting the many lives that have been taken in Iraq and elsewhere. I mean, after all, a runaway bride should take precedence over the important things. Common sense left the media years ago.

15. Jennifer Wilbanks ought to be charged with a crime.... |
|
...that would serve this spoiled brat right for causing such mass attention grabbing strife to family friends and her fiancee. The authorities were ready to treat Jennifer as a missing person homicide and were targeting her fiancee as the prime suspect in a murder crime.
This 32 year old woman needs to be taught a lesson, which many of us found out at a young age, you don't cry wolf just to get attention. At the very least, Jennifer is a very mentally disturbed person and needs to be evaluated and treated for being so immature and inconsiderate. Maybe if she was only 18 and got cold feet and took off like she did, that would be disturbing but could be forgiven But at 32, if she is behaving this way, I seriously question her ability to enter into the responsibilities of a marriage. This girl needs counseling and psychiatric help, and the court and a judge could make that happen, because the family is obviously not capable of pressing this woman into that kind of help. They were ready to go on with the marriage yesterday in spite of knowing what this woman pulled! How dysfunctional is that? And the news people on CNN were thinking there isn't anything wrong with that.
How about a honeymoon bride who decides to do away with new husband and then herself? That would make a great story for the MSM, eh.

19. It is a Felony to report a crime that did not occur... |
|
It is also a Felony if it's a false race related crime. No matter how sweet the bride, she committed double crimes according to the law. She's not above the law. Charge the bitch.
