A Prelude
I think the real impact of Niger/Iraq lie will come when the 9/11 report is issued. Even if it's not as "explosive" as one of the staffers has described it, it no doubt has incriminating dope on the Administration (otherwise, why are they trying to hide it and why is Bob Graham running?). The current flare up will help put in sharp relief the most critical aspects of the report since they will no doubt focus on the care and handling of intel. and underscore if nothing else the utter incompetance of the man in charge. And the media, having gotten their feet wet on the current controversy, will feel bold enough to jump all the way in. I see this as a two-act drama...and the climax is definitely in act two.
