Could the Colombia scandal be Bush's Iran Contra?

In March, five national guardsmen were arrested for smuggling cocaine into the United States aboard a military aircraft.
On Tuesday, Colombian officials arrest two U.S. soldiers for allegedly trafficking weapons to right-wing paramilitary groups.
"One unconfirmed report said more than 30,000 missiles had been seized in Tuesday's raid" according to this BBC report.

Although I doubt it's going to affect the administration it's a huge story. If anything it'll go the way of Abu Grahib and some low levels will get nailed for it. Although I checked CNN.com to see if they were aware of it and it was the first item in their "More News" column on the right side of the page. Not sure if they're running it on TV because I refuse to watch that shit. Also, a quick search of google news shows that it's getting play in the U.S. newspapers.
