Richmond were the crap people had to breathe from the refinereies nearby which occasionally had "mistakes" that caused people to not leave their homes for hours and racial tensions that popped up from

I haven't checked the news feeds, but it doesn't surprise me. Too many poor people in one area. Lots of people with chips on their shoulder. Just waiting for someone/something to light the fuse. I'm not unhappy that we sold out and moved out to the country two years ago.
