But Republicans aren't satisfied with the 95 percent of Bush nominees who have been confirmed.

We need to be the squeeky wheel. It took a long time for the republican's to get where they are now and it was because they became the loudest, not the most. I don't think many people believe in the republican way, they just think it is better because of all the lies that they hear. Also peer pressure has a lot to do with it, really it does. We all need to do this, even if it doesn't seem to be working, it will make a difference.
