Recruitment centre blast rocks Iraq

A car bomb exploded outside a police and army recruitment centre in a town in northern Iraq, police said, and Al-Arabiya TV reported that at least 15 people were killed and dozens wounded.

Police Captain Sarhad Talbani said casualties had resulted from the attack, but he couldn't immediately say how many.
