31. The Top Democrats are still silent too. Beg them once more to speak up. |
|
If Dean, Kerry,Reid, Hillary etc would speak up, this would be big news- it would "fool" the RW echo chamber into discussing it in defense.
I guess we should all keep begging the "leaders" to utter a single sentence or mention this in passing.

2. Sheesh, why bother to ask HIM? For the fun of having him lie, again? |
|
He can't explain it. He will just deny it. And who gives a shit about what Bush denies, given the proof?
It's time to stop pretending that we care what Bush says about his Iraq war plans, stop asking for another round of lies, and start denouncing.

|
The sad thing is, he will get away with it like he always does. "Oh, its just that crazy GW again...he doesn't mean any harm."
This "stupid is, as stupid does" act is getting old, shrub.

You know damn well if that was a democratic president they would've had his head a long time ago and pumping this up like crazy. But since it's Bush and he's got an (r) by his name they don't give him shit about it and save his ass. The only way he's going to go down is if we take back everything in 2006 and encourage them to bring up impeachment papers and trials. If that doesn't happen then the only hope we have is Blair bringing him down.

18. The fact of the matter is .... |
|
if it was a Democratic President, WE Democrats would help to take his ass down. WE do not worship our politicians like freaking fuhrers like the republicans do. WE care more about our country and less about staying in power than the republicans. The republicans see that as a weakness because they have become totlally corrupt and blind with power.

19. Hmmm. Sometimes, I think that too. |
|
But then I think, he can't be pResident or have friends in power forever. Eventually, our peaceful revolution will take back the White House. At that point, I'd be hopeful that even if * is an old man, he would be tried for war crimes and treason, and his response to this memo would be part of the evidence. Oh...dozed off, dreaming there for a bit. ;-)

Thank you. Just in time for the base closings. Time to convert some ditto heads.
Take back the senate in 06, and we can undo alot of the damage being done right now.

I think a lot of people are getting fed up with how the republicans are and how they're just making things worse. Hopefully all these people will go out and vote next year and show how important it is.

7. What we REALLY need is "Cheney's Gay Daughter" level coverage |
|
The CNN story was a true joy, but what we really need is "Cheney's Gay Daughter" level coverage, where it is all that everyone on every station is talking about for days and days.
In my idealist pipe-dreams, I hope for "Runaway Bride" level coverage, but I know that that's just too unrealistic for a mere written proof that the leader of the free world deliberately lied and falsified national security documents to bring about a war of choice that has cost thousands of lives and hundreds of billions of dollars.

|
They'll have a whole arsenal of weapons: If Dean speaks out as head of the DNC, it will be "Doctors for Truth" If Wes Clark speaks out, it will be "Generals for Truth" If Hillary speaks out, it will be "New Yorkers for Truth" or "Women for Truth" or whatever... If a journalist speaks out, it will be "Journalists for Truth"
you get the idea.

I'll toss in 10 bucks that nada, zilch, nothing will be done about this. But, as much as I detest CNN along w/the other propoganda machines, at least they said "something" about this.
Question: Does anyone know if this was "aired" or is it just on their website?
