(Military) Brawl outside Saarbrücken (D) club is under investigation
This kind of behavior is comin' your way, Fort Riley, KS and Fort Bliss, TX! Germany says, "They're all yours! Suck it up!"

The Army is investigating a brawl that erupted outside a popular Saarbrücken nightclub and resulted in the arrest of 11 U.S. soldiers and three airmen.

The incident happened last month, but the Army is still trying to sort out the details.

Senad Deumic, a manager at the Kufa, said the fight was so big that his 10 bouncers called the police instead of intervening and trying to stop it. He said about 22 Americans were involved.

“Everybody was fighting with fists, with feet,” Deumic told Stars and Stripes. “It was a real fight, a hot fight.”

Two weeks later, another fight involving American GIs occurred about 200 yards from the club, managers said. It prompted the club to give entering Americans a “safety briefing” that encouraged them to have fun, but behave or get booted.

German media reported that a military police patrol from Kaiserslautern teamed up with local police the following weekend, and the combination helped prevent another round of fighting.

3. All Soldiers drink and brawl
It's a Soldiers duty to beat up Air Force guys anyway. These troops are tankers, who are known for heavy drinking and brawling. Must have been fun!

7. I can't argue with you
Swabbie are a brawlin' bunch. They like to fight. I respect them. But don't ever expect Soldiers to pass up a chance to tangle either.

12. Soldiers and sailors are such crude, obnoxious, hooligans!
We Marines would never behave in such a manner!

Damn, I almost said that with a straight face.

8. Very true
Same with the 101st troopers. Always eager to do some hooking and jabbing. I don't think a swabbie would walk into a bar in Clarksville Tenn. (my old stomping grounds) and insult the 101st. But I have personally yelled "FUCK THE NAVY" in a bar full of swabbies. It was interesting, to say the least:)........

10. You want studs to fight our wars, right?
Then you have expect a little rowdiness in the bars from our guys in uniform. They are young, in shape, have been trained for combat (in the case of Soldiers and Marines), and probably highly intoxicated. The WW2 guys (especially the paratroopers) set the standard that troops follow for brawling:)..............

while she explains what she's REALLY on about.

A bar brawl in Saarbrücken ist entweder/oder.

I remember when da Boyz came back from 'Nam, it was NOT pretty. THAT war is still being fought in the mind of America. IT WAS FUCKED UP.
"Operation Desert Storm" produced a whole lot more sickness.
This current CLUSTERFUCK on behalf of the *oil corps and "defense industry" is INDEFENSIBLE. This is no "war," it's an unwarranted, illegal INVASION which has produced NOTHING POSITIVE other than profits to horrible criminals.

So I'm NOT pleased to see my sons yanking on their wanks to get it up to wreak havoc for a FALSE CAUSE.

I had a "catechism" with my biological boys...

K: Mother is raising gentlemen.

Boys: NOT SWINE.

16. i remember hearing about that disease!
i hear it can be quite dangerous, leading to abrasions and haematomas, and the occasional loss of life when the dosage is too high.

wasn't ego stroking and estrogen submersion the only salve to slow down the symptoms and let the poisoning run its course?

14. That's why I don't go to Fayetteville, NC
After the BRAC is completed, the South will become the Disneyland of bar fights, the tattoo parlors, the insurance scam businesses, the Sodoms and Gommorahs, the chainstores, and all the other cheap accoutrements that go hand in hand with military bases.

Perfect place for them to be, imo--the South.

15. Nothing new... we used to beat the crap out of the "zoomies" in San Anton
It started when I was in the Marine Detachment in San Antonio Tx and we would brawl (actually beat the living crap out of the AF "Zoomies") or with the doggies at Fort Sam Houston... And all that was while I was still a PFC! It got better at Subic Bay (when it was still open) and even at King Khalid Military City during the run up to the first Gulf War and afterwards... these brawls happen and I for one think there is nothing wrong with a little fists and cuffs while on liberty... The boys in Germany are just letting off a little steam!

17. The Marines always backed down
I love the Jar Heads, but Swabbies put up better fights. Marines only got tough when they outnumbered you.
