He's talking about how the repukes only want to further their RIGHT WING RADICAL AGENDA (his words, not mine). "Fillibuster, Political gimmic"....new Dem phrase. I like it! Give 'em hell, Harry!

He was stopped by a republican who said..."I never thought I would say this to a Dem Senator, but I am PRAYING you prevail." That repub will join the Dems in going against the nuclear option.
