And isn't oil dropping?

Went from 1.89/1.94 on the low side to 2.09.

1. Wow that is killing me.
It is costing me around $60.00 a week now. We are going to need a third car so I don't have to drive the truck everywhere I go.

6. It was $1.99/ gallon in northeast Texas on Tuesday.
I was shocked.
I think they just temporarily lowered it because of the sinking polls and the sinking of GM.
Now they will hike it back to where it was or higher, until there is another public outcry, then we will just keep playing this game.
Does anyone have any idea if * has accessed the oil reserves yet?

7. Why do you hate America? Hey! Look over there! An Islamic country
with oil that has "weapons of mass destruction."

14. We had a pattern of increases on Thursday for a LONG time.
That all went away this year. I used to fill up on Wed. night on my way home but that Thur. price increase disappeared months ago. Could be on any day of the week now.

Used to be like clockwork (like a new album/DVD release always on a Tues.)

9. Still 2.40+ in LA.
I'm sure when we get back to $58 a barrel this summer, it will be $3 a gallon here.

10. No, no, no. Didn't you hear on NPR this morning that it is going down?
They said there is a glut of inventory. Of course, I don't believe everything NPR says anymore, either.

Gas has gone down about 13 cents a gallon where I live in south Texas. We pay about $1.96 for cheapest unleaded.

13. It's been dropping slowly here in mid-Missouri
Was $2.14, has trickled down to $1.97 the past three weeks. I'll be interested to see that marquee on my way home tonight.
